Our tenancies are granted for a minimum term of 6 months however longer terms are obviously more preferable depending on the property.

Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you, including evenings and weekends, and you will invariably be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advise and answer any questions you may have. Please remember to call the agency or specific member of staff to confirm your appointment at least 30 minutes beforehand as we don't want to make a wasted journey.
As a minimum we will require satisfactory references from your employer and a previous or current landlord. We may also require a personal reference, and sometimes a guarantor. In addition a credit check will be undertaken, if you're aware of anything that may prevoke questions about your credit score, it would be best to disclose this information first so we know to look out for.
A security deposit which is a minimum of one month's rental must be paid, and will be held by ourselves as stakeholders in a secure client account throughout the tenancy term. This is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. The deposit is protected by My Deposits who are a government authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme, if you require information please go to their website.
Please note that under no circumstances can the deposit be used by the tenant to cover rent.
Our fees are very competitive. Our fees have been the same from day 1, they've never changed and never will change! We charge £100 for a single tenancy and £150 for a multiple tenancy... and that's it! No fee for inventories or check-ins or additional checks, this is the only fee you'll pay prior to moving into the property.
